I'm a child of God, a husband and father who loves people. After serving 4 years in the Air Force, in 2004 I pursued a career to become a personal trainer and nutrition coach. Soon I realized my passion was to help people grow physically and spiritually. In 2007 I began participating in FCA meetings for youth athletes and motivational speaking for businesses. This led to me serving as chaplain for High Schools around the DFW area. During my time in the fitness industry, I've been blessed with the opportunity to work with professional athletes in the NFL, NBA, WNBA, MLB and NHL, along with CEO's and top executives of major corporations. These experiences have given me opportunities to share my testimony thru encouraging, educating and empowering others with my story of how God has changed my life.
